Q: How do I move an item to Krakatoa?

A: To move an item to Krakatoa, Navigate to the Steam Items page on the . This will populate with items eligible for trade within your Steam account, which you can choose to transfer to your account on the Krakatoa marketplace. Only items that are trade eligible will be shown.

Q: What are the selling fees on Krakatoa?

A: There is a flat 5% marketplace fee for all sales.

Q: How will I be paid out?

A: You will receive your funds instantly within your Metamask wallet as soon as a sale is completed.

Q: Are there any withdrawal fees?

A: No, your payout will be 95% of the sale total with the other 5% going to Krakatoa as part of the seller's fee.

Q: How can I manage my listed item?

A: You will need to navigate to your tab and under "Krakatoa" you will be able to change your listing. Here you can either delist your item or change the price.

Q: Where can I see my sales?

A: Your sales can be found in under the "Sales" tab.

Q: Does Krakatoa support private listings?

A: Yes, when listing to sell you can change the status from "Public Sale" to "Private Sale". You will need to input the crypto address or addresses of the buyer(s) to have access. Then copy the link address and send it to your buyer(s).
