Here is a list of centralized exchanges from which you are able to withdraw funds directly to the Arbirtrum network without the need to bridge assets. This is extremely beginner friendly and easy to start. The funds withdrawn from the centralized exchanges will need to be sent to your Metamask wallet. Once you withdraw from these exchanges to Arbitrum you can immediately start buying items.

Coinbase

BingX

Bitget

To send funds to your Metamask you will need to copy your Arbitrum Address from Metamask which can be found here. Copy the address and paste it into your withdrawal address field on the crypto exchange.

Here is a brief tutorial video on withdrawing from Coinbase to Metamask. It will be a very similar process for other exchanges as well.
