Step 1: Head to Metamask portfolio and select Ethereum for the "From this network" and Arbitrum for the "To this network".

You will then be able to select the type and amount of cryptocurrency you would like to send. After setting those parameters Metamask will provide a quote for you with how much you will receive, the amount of time needed to complete, and the cost of bridging. In addition, you will be able to view other quotes depending on the situation you are in. Once you have found a quote you like, you can submit a transaction and the bridge process will begin.
